• Are your ingredients tested?

  Yes. All raw materials are tested by our suppliers for heavy metals, microbial contamination, and other relevant quality parameters. To ensure the highest standards, we also have random batches analyzed by independent, accredited laboratories in Germany.

• Where do the ingredients come from?

  We source our raw materials exclusively from certified partners in Europe. We place the utmost importance on purity, quality, and sustainable supply chains. A small number of ingredients—such as tropical plants—are imported by our European partners from other regions. These ingredients are also subject to the same strict standards and are carefully inspected by manufacturers and suppliers.

• What are derivatives?

  Derivatives are substances of natural origin that are scientifically processed or extracted to make active ingredients available in their pure form for specific uses.

• Are synthetic fabrics a cause for concern?

  No. The synthetic ingredients we use ensure the highest levels of purity and safety, as they are free from natural variations or impurities. Many modern active ingredients are now deliberately developed using synthetic methods.
